Raising Orchid Kids
Raising Orchid Kids: Practical Strategies for Parents of Neuro-different Kids is an 8-week online (on Zoom) class for parents of neurodivergent kids (with or without a diagnosis) aged 3-12. The class provides parents with a deeper understanding of their child's behavior, usable strategies for helping their child feel more regulated and thrive at home and at school, and community among other parents who can relate to the particular challenges of raising a neuro-different child in a world built for neurotypical brains. Classes run for 1 hour per week on Zoom for 8 consecutive weeks, and are offered 3-4 times per year, and alternates between evening (8:30-9:30pm) and daytime (12-1pm) sessions.
